Von 9. bis 11. Oktober 2026 feiert der Histo Cup sein Saisonfinale am Hungaroring – gemeinsam mit Lechner Racing und der Porsche Sprint Challenge Central Europe. Jetzt noch die letzten Vorbereitungen treffen: Reifen bis 26. September bestellen und den Early-Bird-Tarif bis 27. September sichern!
Was für ein Heimspiel am Salzburgring! Über 180 Autos am Start, traumhaftes Wetter und spannende Rennen haben das Wochenende zu einem besonderen Erlebnis für unsere Histo Cup Familie gemacht. Auch abseits der Strecke wurde gemeinsam gefeiert: Die Histo Cup Paddock Party powered by kronehit am Samstagabend war der passende Abschluss eines großartigen Renntages.

Jetzt richtet sich unser Blick nach Ungarn: Am Hungaroring stehen die letzten Rennen und Meisterschaftsentscheidungen der Saison 2026 auf dem Programm.
Besonderer Schauplatz, gewohntes Nenngeld
Das Finale veranstalten wir in Kooperation mit Lechner Racing und der Porsche Sprint Challenge Central Europe. Diese Zusammenarbeit ermöglicht es uns, euch ein Rennwochenende auf dieser besonderen Strecke zum unveränderten Nenngeld anzubieten.
Denn der Hungaroring bringt auch einen deutlich höheren finanziellen Aufwand mit sich: Die Streckenkosten liegen für uns etwa beim Dreifachen des üblichen Niveaus. Durch die Kooperation können wir diesen Aufwand gemeinsam tragen – und die Saison mit euch in einem würdigen Rahmen abschließen.
Im gemeinsamen Wochenendprogramm gibt es für unsere Rennserien ein Qualifying statt der gewohnten zwei. Dieses Format kennt ihr bereits vom Red Bull Ring im vergangenen Jahr. Die Startaufstellung für Rennen 2 ergibt sich aus dem Ergebnis von Rennen 1.
Auch die Classica Trophy und das RAVENOL 1h Race sind beim Finale dabei. Alle Sessions und Zeiten findet ihr in den veröffentlichten Zeitplänen.
Wichtig: Reifen bis Samstag, 26. September, bestellen!
Die rechtzeitige Reifenbestellung hat für das Saisonfinale besondere Priorität.
Bitte bestellt alle benötigten Reifen bis einschließlich Samstag, 26. September 2026, ausschließlich per E-Mail an:
Vor der Winterpause wird kein Reservebestand mehr aufgebaut. Nicht vorbestellte Reifen können wir für dieses Rennwochenende nicht mehr nachbeschaffen. Plant euren Bedarf deshalb vollständig ein und verlasst euch nicht auf zusätzliche Verfügbarkeit vor Ort.
Early Bird noch bis Sonntag, 27. September
Die vergünstigten Early-Bird-Tarife gelten bis einschließlich Sonntag, 27. September 2026. Wer noch nicht genannt hat, kann sich jetzt den günstigeren Tarif sichern.
Bitte erledigt auch die Buchung der Freitagstrainings und die Anmeldung eures Fahrerlagerplatzes online im Paddock Portal. Die Trainingsstints am Freitag dauern jeweils 20 Minuten.
Gebt für euren Fahrerlagerplatz nur die tatsächlich benötigte Fläche an und ladet eine Skizze eures Aufbaus hoch. Das hilft uns bei der gemeinsamen Fahrerlagerplanung.

Anreise und Organisation vor Ort
Die Anreise ist bereits am Donnerstag, 8. Oktober, möglich. Die Einfahrt ins Fahrerlager ist voraussichtlich ab 14:00 Uhr vorgesehen; die endgültige Einfahrtszeit wird noch bekannt gegeben.
Die Boxen sind derzeit vollständig zugeteilt, eine Warteliste besteht bereits. Anfragen bitte direkt an david@steffny.at.
Für die administrative und technische Abnahme sind folgende Zeiten vorgesehen:
- Freitag: 08:00–19:00 Uhr
- Samstag: 07:00–09:00 Uhr
Anlaufstelle ist der Histo Cup Race Office Bus im Fahrerlager. Bitte haltet eure Unterlagen bereit und erledigt die Abnahmen rechtzeitig vor der ersten offiziellen Session.
Die verpflichtende Fahrerbesprechung findet am Freitag um 18:00 Uhr beim Histo Cup Office Bus statt.
Eine Tankstelle befindet sich vor dem Ringgelände. Für die Verpflegung steht das Restaurant im Boxengebäude zur Verfügung.
Zeitpläne und wichtige Hinweise
Bitte beachtet die veröffentlichten Zeitpläne für Freitag sowie Samstag und Sonntag. Alle offiziellen Informationen und kurzfristigen Änderungen findet ihr wie gewohnt in Sportity sowie in der Histo Cup App.

Aktiviert bitte die Push-Mitteilungen, damit ihr Änderungen während des Wochenendes mitbekommt.
Für Austrian GT/ÖTM, BMW 325 Challenge, Mini und Formel Young ist ein gekennzeichneter Parc-Fermé-Bereich im Fahrerlager vorgesehen. Für die übrigen Serien gilt der jeweilige Bereich in den Boxen beziehungsweise im Fahrerlager. Maßgeblich sind die Anweisungen der technischen Kommissare.
Bitte haltet Zufahrten und Rettungswege frei und beachtet die zugewiesenen Stellflächen. Im Fahrerlager gilt ab 22:00 Uhr Zimmerlautstärke, ab Mitternacht vollständige Nachtruhe. Nach Veranstaltungsende am Sonntag ist das Fahrerlager gemäß den Vorgaben der Strecke zu räumen.
Denkt außerdem daran, geliehene Transponder und Boxenschlüssel vor der Abreise zurückzugeben und eure Stellplätze sauber zu hinterlassen.
Und natürlich freuen wir uns, wenn ihr bei den Siegerehrungen dabei seid und die Erfolge unserer Fahrer gemeinsam mit uns feiert!
Schon vormerken: Jahressiegerehrung im Wiener Rathauskeller
Nach dem sportlichen Finale feiern wir unsere Saison noch einmal gemeinsam: Die Histo Cup Jahressiegerehrung findet am Samstag, 28. November 2026, im Wiener Rathauskeller statt, direkt unter dem Wiener Rathaus im ersten Bezirk.

Hungaroring Season Finale: Joining Forces with Lechner Racing!
From 9–11 October 2026, Histo Cup heads to the Hungaroring for its season finale, alongside Lechner Racing and the Porsche Sprint Challenge Central Europe. Get ready for the final race weekend: order your tyres by 26 September and secure the early-bird rate by 27 September!
What a home race at the Salzburgring! More than 180 cars, fantastic weather and exciting racing made it a memorable weekend for the Histo Cup family. The celebrations continued off the track, with the Histo Cup Paddock Party powered by kronehit on Saturday evening rounding off a great day of racing.

Now we turn our attention to Hungary, where the Hungaroring will host the final races and championship decisions of the 2026 season.
A special venue – with unchanged entry fees
We are organising the finale in cooperation with Lechner Racing and the Porsche Sprint Challenge Central Europe. This partnership allows us to bring you a race weekend at this exceptional venue while keeping entry fees unchanged.
The Hungaroring also represents a significantly greater financial commitment: our circuit costs are approximately three times the usual level. Sharing this commitment makes the event possible and gives us a fitting venue to celebrate the end of the season together.
The joint weekend programme includes one qualifying session instead of the usual two for our race series, following the format used at the Red Bull Ring last year. The starting grid for Race 2 will be determined by the results of Race 1.
The Classica Trophy and the RAVENOL 1h Race will also be part of the finale. Please refer to the published timetables for all sessions and timings.
Important: Order tyres by Saturday, 26 September!
Ordering your tyres in advance is especially important for the final event of the season.
Please order all tyres you need no later than Saturday, 26 September 2026, exclusively by email to:
No reserve stock will be built up ahead of the winter break. We will be unable to source tyres for this race weekend that have not been ordered in advance. Please plan your full requirements and do not rely on additional stock being available at the circuit.
Early-bird rates until Sunday, 27 September
Discounted early-bird rates remain available through Sunday, 27 September 2026. If you have not entered yet, now is the time to secure the reduced rate.
Please also book your Friday practice sessions and register your paddock space online through the Paddock Portal. Each Friday practice stint lasts 20 minutes.
For paddock planning, please specify only the space you actually need and upload a sketch of your setup.

Arrival and arrangements at the circuit
Arrival is possible from Thursday, 8 October. Paddock access is provisionally scheduled from 14:00; the final access time will be confirmed separately.
All garages are currently allocated, and a waiting list is in place. Please send enquiries directly to david@steffny.at.
Administrative checks and scrutineering are scheduled as follows:
- Friday: 08:00–19:00
- Saturday: 07:00–09:00
Please report to the Histo Cup Race Office Bus in the paddock, have your documents ready and complete all required checks before your first official session.
The mandatory drivers’ briefing takes place on Friday at 18:00 at the Histo Cup Office Bus.
A petrol station is located outside the circuit grounds, and a restaurant in the pit building will provide food and refreshments.

A designated parc fermé area in the paddock is planned for Austrian GT/ÖTM, BMW 325 Challenge, Mini and Formel Young. For the other series, the relevant garage or paddock area applies. Please follow the scrutineers’ instructions.
Keep access roads and emergency routes clear and use your allocated paddock spaces. Please keep noise to a low level from 22:00, with complete quiet from midnight. The paddock must be vacated after the event on Sunday in accordance with the circuit’s instructions.
Before leaving, please return any rented transponders and garage keys and leave your paddock space clean.

Save the date: Annual Awards at the Wiener Rathauskeller
After the racing is over, we will come together once more to celebrate the season. The Histo Cup Annual Awards will take place on Saturday, 28 November 2026, at the Wiener Rathauskeller, directly beneath Vienna City Hall in the city’s first district.
