Liebe Histo Cup Familie,
die Sommermonate bringen uns an einen der traditionsreichsten Kurse im Osten Europas: Von 10. bis 13. Juli 2025 gastieren wir mit dem gesamten Histo Cup und Austrian GT Feld am Pannoniaring in Ungarn.
Nach dem großen Erfolg in Grobnik freuen wir uns auf ein intensives Rennwochenende – diesmal leider ohne Gastserie, denn die ursprünglich geplante Teilnahme der TCR Endurance Europe wurde sehr kurzfristig abgesagt.
Das hat zur Folge, dass alle Zeitpläne, Boxenpläne und Paddock-Pläne aktualisiert wurden. Bitte schaut euch die neuen Versionen auf der Eventseite oder im Anhang dieser Mail unbedingt genau an:

Die Nennung für das Wochenende am Pannoniaring ist nach wie vor möglich.

🏁 Fahrerlager & Boxen
Die aktualisierten Boxen- und Fahrerlagerpläne sind online sowie im Anhang dieser E-Mail verfügbar.
Bitte prüft eure Einteilung genau.
• Alle Boxen sind voll – nahezu alle Wünsche konnten erfüllt werden. Wer sich noch auf die Warteliste setzen lassen möchte bitte Bescheid geben.
• Die Organisation vor Ort erfolgt durch David & Michel Purkhart.
• Anreise: Donnerstag, 10. Juli ab 18:00 Uhr, Boxenbezug ab 18:30 Uhr.
Alle Fahrerinnen und Fahrer werden gebeten, ihren Stellplatz anhand des Paddock-Plans zu prüfen.
‼️ Wichtig:
• Wer sich nicht auf dem Paddock-Plan findet, meldet sich bitte dringend per E-Mail.
• Das Fahrerlager ist extrem knapp bemessen – daher ist es ausdrücklich nicht erlaubt, Transportanhänger oder ungenutzte Anhänger im Fahrerlager abzustellen, wenn darin nicht übernachtet wird.
• Stellplatzskizzen bitte weiterhin an info@histocup.com senden – nur so können wir eine reibungslose Einteilung sicherstellen.
⏱ Freies Training & Stintreservierung
Das freie Training (Stint) findet wie geplant am Freitag, 11. Juli statt und steht allen Serien offen.

🕐 Ravenol 1h Stundenrennen – Anmeldung & Quali
Für das Ravenol 1-Stundenrennen gilt kein eigenes Qualifying – die Quali-Zeiten der Sprintrennen werden automatisch übernommen.
Wer teilnehmen möchte, kann sich bis Samstag, 12:00 Uhr im Rennbüro anmelden.

Alle Dokumente, Teilnehmerlisten, aktuelle Infos und Durchsagen gibt es wie gewohnt über unsere Sportity App:

🛞 Reifenbestellungen – letzte Möglichkeit
Die offizielle Bestellfrist ist bereits abgelaufen – Nachbestellungen sind nur noch eingeschränkt möglich!
Wir geben unser Bestes, weitere Reifen kurzfristig zu organisieren – allerdings ohne Garantie auf Verfügbarkeit und mit höheren Preisen.

🧾 Administrative & technische Abnahme
Die administrative Abnahme erfolgt zu folgenden Zeiten:
• Freitag, 11. Juli von 08:00 bis 19:00 Uhr
• Samstag, 12. Juli von 07:00 bis 09:00 Uhr (bei Bedarf)
🔧 Die technische Abnahme erfolgt direkt bei den Fahrzeugen – unsere Techniker gehen wie gewohnt von Zelt zu Zelt.
Wer die Abnahme am Freitag nicht wahrnimmt, muss sich am Samstag zwischen 07:00 und 08:30 Uhr im Parc Fermézur Nachabnahme einfinden.
🚧 Parc Fermé Regelung
Das gesamte Fahrerlager gilt als Parc Fermé.
Für folgende Klassen gibt es zusätzlich einen eigenen Bereich:
• BMW 325 Challenge
• Mini Cooper Cup
• Austrian GT
• Formel Young
📍 Der Bereich wird voraussichtlich unter dem Flugdach beim Vorstart eingerichtet.
Nach jedem Lauf ist das betreffende Fahrzeug dort abzustellen – es wird kontrolliert.
⛽️ Tanken im Fahrerlager
Am Pannoniaring gibt es eine Tankstelle direkt im Fahrerlager.
Bitte nutzt diese nur entsprechend den offiziellen Vorgaben vor Ort.
🍽 Verpflegung
Für Speisen und Getränke ist gesorgt:
Ein Restaurant direkt im Fahrerlager bietet täglich warme Küche und kühle Getränke bis in den Abend.
❌ Leider kein Livestream
Bitte beachten: Der ursprünglich geplante Livestream entfällt, da dieser über die abgesagte Gastserie realisiert worden wäre.
Wir bemühen uns um andere mediale Inhalte für den Rückblick – wie gewohnt gibt es danach Bilder und Beiträge auf unserer Facebook-Seite und Website.

Dear Histo Cup Family,
The summer season brings us to one of the most traditional circuits in Eastern Europe: From July 10 to 13, 2025, the entire Histo Cup and Austrian GT field will compete at the Pannoniaring in Hungary.
After our great success in Grobnik, we look forward to another intense race weekend – unfortunately without a guest series, as the previously planned participation of TCR Endurance Europe was cancelled on very short notice.
As a result, all schedules, pit box and paddock plans have been updated. Please carefully review the new versions on the event page or in the attachment to this email:

🏁 Paddock & Pit Boxes
The updated pit box and paddock plans are available online and attached to this email.
Please double-check your assigned area.
• All pit boxes are fully booked – nearly all requests could be accommodated. If you’d like to be placed on the waiting list, please let us know.
• On-site coordination will be handled by David & Michel Purkhart.
• Arrival: Thursday, July 10 from 18:00, box access from 18:30.
All drivers and teams are kindly asked to check their exact location according to the paddock plan.
‼️ Important:
• If you don’t find yourself on the paddock plan, please contact us immediately via email.
• The paddock is very limited in space – it is strictly prohibited to park transport trailers or unused trailers inside the paddock unless they are used for overnight stays.
• Please continue to send your paddock layout sketches to: info@histocup.com – this is the only way we can ensure a smooth allocation.
⏱ Free Practice & Stint Reservation
Free practice (stint) will take place as planned on Friday, July 11 and is available to all series.

🕐 Ravenol 1h Endurance Race – Registration & Qualifying
There will be no separate qualifying for the Ravenol 1-Hour Race – the qualifying times from the sprint races will be used automatically.
Anyone wishing to participate must register at the race office by Saturday, 12:00 noon.

🛞 Tyre Orders – Final Opportunity
The official deadline for tyre orders has already passed – late orders are only possible in exceptional cases!
We will do our best to fulfill late requests, but we cannot guarantee availability, and higher prices will apply.

🧾 Administrative & Technical Scrutineering
Administrative check-in takes place at the following times:
• Friday, July 11 from 08:00 to 19:00
• Saturday, July 12 from 07:00 to 09:00 (if needed)
🔧 Technical scrutineering will be performed directly at the cars – our technical team will go from tent to tent as usual.
Drivers who are not checked on Friday must report to Parc Fermé between 07:00 and 08:30 on Saturday for follow-up inspection.
🚧 Parc Fermé Regulations
The entire paddock is considered Parc Fermé.
Additionally, the following classes will have a dedicated Parc Fermé area:
• BMW 325 Challenge
• Mini Cooper Cup
• Austrian GT
• Formula Young
📍 This area will likely be located under the canopy near the pre-grid.
All vehicles must be brought there immediately after each session – inspections will be carried out.
⛽️ Fuel in the Paddock
A fuel station is available directly in the paddock at Pannoniaring.
Please use it only according to the official safety instructions on site.
🍽 Catering
Food and drinks are available on site:
A restaurant in the paddock provides hot meals and refreshments throughout the day and into the evening.
❌ No Livestream
Please note: Unfortunately, there will be no livestream for this event.
It was originally planned in cooperation with the guest series, which has now been cancelled.
However, we will do our best to provide photos and media coverage after the event – as always on our Facebook pageand website.
