📍 Lage & Anreise – Automotodrom Grobnik
Der Automotodrom Grobnik liegt rund 20 km nordöstlich von Rijeka auf einem Hochplateau mit Blick auf die Adria – direkt an der Autobahn Rijeka–Zagreb. Von der slowenisch-kroatischen Grenze sind es noch ca. 40 km Autobahn bis zur Strecke.

🛣️ Streckenlänge: 4,168 km · Kurven: 15 · Eröffnung: 1978 · Renovierung: 2018
🚗 Anreise aus Österreich: über Villach – Karawankentunnel – Ljubljana – Postojna – weiter über die Bundesstraße bis zur kroatischen Grenze, dann 40 km Autobahn.
🚛 LKW & Trucks: LKW-Fahrverbote in Slowenien beachten! Für LKW empfiehlt sich die Route über Zagreb (länger, aber durchgehend Autobahn).
🛂 Wichtig: Bitte alle notwendigen Reisedokumente mitführen!
🏁 Boxen & Fahrerlager
Die Anreise ist am Donnerstag, 12. Juni ab 18:00 Uhr möglich. Der reguläre Aufbau kann ab dann beginnen. Wer früher vor Ort ist, kann im hinteren Fahrerlager warten, dort ist ausreichend Platz vorhanden.
Der Boxenbezug ist ab ca. 19:30 Uhr möglich.
Die Einteilung der Boxen und der Stellflächen im Paddock erfolgt vor Ort durch Michel und David.

Die Stintreservierungen (freies Training am Freitag, 13. Juni) gelten für alle Serien. Wer einen Stint fahren möchte, schickt bitte ein kurzes Mail mit Fahrername, Startnummer und gewünschter Session an:

⛽️ Tanken vor Ort
Bitte unbedingt beachten: Man darf nach Kroatien kein Benzin importieren! UND: die Tankstelle im Fahrerlager ist derzeit leider nicht in Betrieb! Bitte rechtzeitig Benzin an den Tankstellen in Kroatien beziehen.
🚧 Parc Fermé Regelung
Bitte beachtet, dass das gesamte Fahrerlager als Parc Fermé gilt – daher sind während und nach den Sessions keine Arbeiten an den Fahrzeugen erlaubt, sofern nicht ausdrücklich freigegeben.
Für die Klassen BMW 325 Challenge, Mini Cooper Cup, Austrian GT und Formel Young wird ein eigener, abgeschlossener Parc Fermé eingerichtet. Dieser befindet sich im eingezäunten Bereich direkt beim Vorstart.
Wir bitten alle betreffenden Fahrer, sich unmittelbar nach dem jeweiligen Lauf dorthin zu begeben. Die Einhaltung der Parc Fermé-Regeln wird kontrolliert.
🛞 Reifenbestellungen
Die Frist für die Reifenbestellungen ist eigentlich bereits abgelaufen – wer das noch nicht erledigt hat, bitte dringend nachholen!
Wir geben unser Bestes, alle noch offenen Wünsche bis zum Wochenende zu organisieren.

🧾 Administrative & technische Abnahme
Die administrative Abnahme findet am Freitag, 13. Juni von 08:00 bis 19:00 Uhr sowie am Samstag, 14. Juni von 07:00 bis 09:00 Uhr möglich.
➡️ Die Anmeldung erfolgt wie gewohnt beim Histo Point / Abnahmebus im Fahrerlager.
🔧 Die technische Abnahme erfolgt durch unsere Techniker direkt vor Ort bei den Fahrzeugen – sie gehen in gewohnter Weise von Zelt zu Zelt.
Bitte darauf achten – wer am Freitag keine Abnahme hat, muss Samstags zwischen 7:00 und 08:30 Uhr zum Parc Ferme zur Nachabnahme kommen.
Bitte sorgt dafür, dass eure Fahrzeuge und alle Unterlagen vorbereitet sind.
🍽️ Restaurants & Verpflegung
Für das leibliche Wohl ist am Automotodrom Grobnik bestens gesorgt:
Im Fahrerlager befinden sich ein Restaurant sowie ein Bistro – beide mit durchgehend guter Qualität. Besonders empfehlenswert für Kenner der kroatischen Küche ist die Fischplatte, ein echter Geheimtipp!
Zusätzlich gibt es am Hügel im Südwesten der Strecke ein weiteres Bistro mit Getränken – inklusive herrlicher Aussicht auf den Kurs. Alle Verpflegungsstellen haben täglich bis 22:00 Uhr geöffnet.
🍖 Wer außerhalb des Ringgeländes essen möchte: Gleich nebenan befindet sich ein aktives Sportflugfeld mit dem Restaurant „Aero Steak“, das eine ausgezeichnete Küche bietet – absolut empfehlenswert!

Our next stop takes us to Automotodrom Grobnik in Croatia – one of the most popular summer venues on the Histo Cup calendar! From June 13 to 15, you can look forward to exciting races, a summer atmosphere, and plenty of motorsport action – including Austrian GT, Classica Trophy, Formula and Touring Car Series. 🏁☀️

Automotodrom Grobnik is located approx. 20 km northeast of Rijeka, on a high plateau overlooking the Adriatic Sea, directly on the Rijeka–Zagreb highway. From the Slovenian-Croatian border, it’s about 40 km of highway to the circuit.

🚗 From Austria: via Villach – Karawanken Tunnel – Ljubljana – Postojna – then on national roads to the Croatian border, followed by 40 km highway to the circuit.
🚛 Trucks: Please note truck restrictions in Slovenia! We recommend trucks take the longer but fully motorway route via Zagreb.
🛂 Important: Don’t forget your travel documents!
🏁 Paddock & Pit Garages
Arrival is possible from Thursday, June 12 at 6:00 PM.
If you arrive earlier, you may wait in the rear paddock, where there is sufficient space.
Pit garages will be available from approx. 7:30 PM.
Michel and David will assign the paddock and pit garage spots on site.

All documents, timetables, entry lists, updates, and announcements will be available again via the Sportity App:

We ask all teams to actively use Sportity before and during the event – it’s the easiest way to stay informed!
⛽️ Fuel on Site
Please note: Fuel import into Croatia is strictly prohibited!
Also, the fuel station inside the paddock is currently out of service.
Make sure to fill up at public gas stations in Croatia before arriving at the circuit.
🚧 Parc Fermé Regulations
Please note that the entire paddock is considered Parc Fermé – therefore, no work may be carried out on the vehiclesduring or after sessions unless explicitly permitted.
A separate, fenced Parc Fermé will be provided for BMW 325 Challenge, Mini Cooper Cup, Austrian GT and Formula Young, located next to the pre-grid area.
All affected drivers must proceed to this area immediately after their session. Compliance will be monitored.
🛞 Tyre Orders
The deadline for tyre orders has already passed – if you haven’t placed your order yet, please do so urgently.
We will do our best to fulfill all late requests before the weekend.

🧾 Administrative & Technical Scrutineering
Administrative checks will take place on:
🗓️ Friday, June 13 from 08:00 to 19:00
🗓️ Saturday, June 14 from 07:00 to 09:00 (if needed)
➡️ Check-in is at the Histo Point / Admin Bus in the paddock.
🔧 Technical scrutineering is done as usual – our technicians will visit each tent directly.
👉 Important: If you don’t complete scrutineering on Friday, you must report to Parc Fermé between 07:00 and 08:30 on Saturday for follow-up inspection.
Please ensure your vehicle and documents are fully prepared!
🍽️ Catering & Restaurants
You’ll be well taken care of at Automotodrom Grobnik:
There is a restaurant and a bistro in the paddock – both offer good quality food. The fish platter is especially recommended for lovers of Croatian cuisine!
There’s also a bistro on the hill to the southwest of the track with a great view and refreshments.
All food services are open daily until 10:00 PM.
🍖 Outside the track, you’ll find the “Aero Steak” restaurant next to the nearby sports airfield – offering excellent cuisine and a great option for dinner!
